• Main event is advanced format. $25 entry, gets you 5 packs of Duelist’s Advanced.

  • 260 MAX attendance, up to 9 rounds of swiss play, up to top 32 can win an invite, additional prizes for top 8.

• Pre-registration will be available on Saturday evening, July 6 from 7-9:00 at Heroes & Fantasies 281 location.

  • Decklists and payment are required at the time of pre-registration.

  • Pre-registered players must still check in no later than 9:30am on the day of the event.

• Regular on-site registration starts at 8am on Sunday, July 7. We will cut-off initial registration at 9:30am to ensure we start the event promptly at 10:00. Anyone unable to register by 9:30 will still be allowed, but with a 1st round loss.

  • Plan ahead, arrive early, with your deck list filled out in advance… That will ensure your speedy registration.

  • If you bring your own registration slip, do not cut the page, use the top form.

  • All registration is in-person only, first come, first serve.

• There is NO spectating at this Regional. If you are not playing, you will not be allowed to enter the game play area.

  • Further, there is no entry allowed into the store prior to normal opening hours (11:00am), unless you have registered to participate in the Regional.

  • Our retail business will be operating throughout the event, therefor there will be NO loitering in the store or in the parking lot!

  • You can gain entry to the venue later by registering for one of the side events (expected registration start time is no earlier than 1pm).

    • We will host two Win-A-Mat tournaments, and one Time Wizard tournaments, all with a $15 entry fee, and special playmats for prizes.

  • If you require a chaperone (usually for players 10 & under), you may request entry as a legit guardian.
